Alpine Elite Construction is a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor in Washington State (License #ALPINEC793MW) serving Skagit County and surrounding areas. Services described on this website include artificial turf and tree services, custom decks, excavation and land clearing, new construction and pole barns, retaining walls, roofing, siding, windows and doors, and interior remodeling.

Service descriptions, photos, and examples are provided for general information. Availability of any service depends on location, scheduling, site conditions, and permitting.

Submitting a form on this website is a request for information or an estimate. It does not create a contract or obligate either party to perform or purchase any work.

All construction work is performed under a separate written contract signed by you and Alpine Elite Construction. That contract defines the scope of work, price, payment schedule, timeline, change-order process, and warranty terms. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed contract, the signed contract controls.

As required by Washington law, we provide the applicable consumer disclosure statements before work begins.

Promotional offers (such as seasonal specials) are subject to availability, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Project timelines are estimates. Pacific Northwest weather, material availability, permit and inspection schedules, and unforeseen site conditions can affect start and completion dates. We will communicate any delays as promptly as possible.
